Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work safely at height and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections and functional testing of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and other safety equipment.
• Support electricians with first-fix electrical installation work.
• Maintain records and logbooks, ensuring timescales and standards are met.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service to residents and colleagues.
