Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join the Guinness Property team. This full-time role (40 hours) covers locations across the Greater Manchester region and supports electrical qualification inspections in a flexible, agile environment.

You will lead and guide operational colleagues, ensure safety, compliance with IEE regulations and NICEIC accreditation, and oversee quality of electrical installation work carried out by the team.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of electrical fixed wire testing up to 400V.
• Up-to-date knowledge of inspection, testing and fault finding.
• Strong understanding of current IEE Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide operational colleagues on electrical work quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and NICEIC accreditation.
• Oversee electrical team inspections and testing to maintain standards.
