Job summary

ARC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor / QS to join their Lincoln-based team on a permanent basis. The role blends hands-on site supervision with QS responsibilities to ensure safe, compliant electrical delivery.

You will work with the Project Manager to oversee daily site activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, liaise with clients and support inspections and quality assurance across varied projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to supervise electrical packages on site and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

ARC is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor / Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join an established and reputable M&E contractor based in Lincoln.

The Role

This is a varied dual role, combining hands-on electrical site supervision with Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and company standards.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and support electrical compliance, inspections and quality assurance.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification)
• Previous experience supervising electrical projects
• Experience supporting electrical compliance or QS duties
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience managing electrical packages valued at £500k+
• DBS check (enhanced clearance required – support provided)
