Job summary

Impact Energy Partners in Worksop is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join a growing electrical contractor. You will work with the owner, supporting day-to-day operations and project delivery, with a mix of planning, coordination and office management duties.

This role offers progression as projects scale, with exposure to client liaison, procurement, reporting and site coordination, and the chance to shape efficient processes while expanding your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Electrical background within construction or building services.
• Experience in project coordination, project management or operations management.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Hands-on approach across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day operational management of the business
• Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of electrical projects
• Producing project plans, programmes and schedules
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
• Managing project documentation and progress reporting
• Assisting with procurement and resource planning
• Coordinating labour requirements and project timelines
• Monitoring ongoing works and ensuring projects remain on track
• Attending client and site meetings where required
• Supporting commercial and administrative functions within the business
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Acting as a trusted right-hand person to the owner as the company continues to expand
