Princebuild is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager (Electrical) in Peterborough to oversee electrical projects from estimating to completion. The role covers commercial, retail, and industrial sites with varying scales, and requires strong leadership, cost control, and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Electrical project management experience in commercial/industrial installations.
• Experience estimating, tendering and preparing competitive quotations.
• Ability to lead and develop site and office personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and management of electrical projects from tender through to final account.
• Prepare estimates, tenders, quotations and pricing documents.
• Manage contracts, programmes and cost reporting to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate electrical engineers, subcontractors and materials.
• Ensure HSE/CDM compliance throughout project delivery.
• Provide leadership and development for engineers and team members.
