Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project/Site Manager for a major cabling project in Plymouth. Immediate start, 9-12 month contract, Monday to Friday, day rate £375-£430.

The role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence, and maintaining client relationships with clear progress reporting.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate required.
• Strong background delivering electrical cabling projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of a large-scale electrical cabling project.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitoring programme milestones and project performance.
• Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings.
• Ensuring all HSE and quality standards are maintained.
• Producing project reports and documentation.
