Urgent requirement for a client based in Northwich to work on the United Utilities framework as the Electrical Project Manager. The client is a subcontractor to Costain, covering several projects ranging from £20k - £30k, and two projects valued at £1m. The work involves repairing pipework, managing pipe entry and exit on UU sites, replacing scraper tanks, and collecting reports.

Suitable Candidate Needs:

• Utilities WwTW background
• Experience managing multiple small projects
• Experience working with smaller subcontractors
• Previous team management experience
• Approximately 5 years of project management experience
• Electrical background or bias

The Electrical Project Manager Offer:

• Initial 6-month contract with potential for 5 years, as the client is well-positioned for the M&E Amp8 framework
• Outside IR35, £400 - £440 per day
• Site locations include Sandon Dock, Liverpool, and Davy Hulmes. The client has additional work in Cheshire and Merseyside, offering potential for more sites. The head office is in Northwich, approximately 30 miles away.
