Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next challenge? This role offers the chance to lead projects at Heathrow, managing electrical work from start to finish on many fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Join an established and cash-rich M&E Subcontractor specialising in building services installations and services within Heathrow. This is an opportunity for long-term work within a stable environment, doing fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The Role:

• Oversee electrical elements within construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
• Report to senior management with regular updates on project milestones and challenges.
• Ensure all electrical work meets required safety and quality standards.
• Assist senior project managers and directors with project coordination and problem-solving.

What You Need:

• Strong background in electrical engineering with experience managing Electrical projects valued between £0.5-£5 million.
• Ability to take projects from tender to final handover.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with different trades.
• A hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
