Job Description

I am working closely with a leading energy company to find a Lead Engineering Project Manager to head up their in-house team across the UK.

This position is to replace the current Lead Engineer who will be retiring later this year, ensuring a smooth transition.

We are seeking engineers with project management experience in power generation, including diesel engines, gas turbines, etc.

Applicants should have distribution experience with delivery to the National Grid and business customers.

Technical knowledge of transformers and switchgear is required; some design experience is preferred but not essential. You will be the highest authority within the company, collaborating with external experts when needed.

You should also demonstrate operational experience in prioritising, scheduling, and delivering maintenance, with a proactive approach to asset monitoring and risk management.
