Job Role: Electrical Project Manager

Area: Medway

Salary: £60k - £70k

My client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team. The role will be predominantly office-based but will require site visits in Kent, London, and Essex. Candidates should have a background in electrical work and experience in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities

1. Complete projects within the specified timeframe, budget, and scope.
2. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure correct materials and labor are scheduled to deliver projects on time and within financial requirements.
3. Design QA reviews, complete them, and send designs to clients for approval.
4. Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients.
5. Conduct regular onsite reviews.
6. Monitor team performance to ensure company standards are met.
7. Review staff performance, attendance, and morale.
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure all relevant documentation is prepared for site activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

1. An industry-recognized Project Management certification.
2. HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering.
3. City & Guilds certification in Electrical Engineering.
4. A proven track record of managing industry relationships effectively.
5. A full driving license.
