Operations Leader | Expert in Sustainability, Renewable Energy and Contract Management

Key responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and monitor all electrical, solar PV and renewable projects from award through to

completion.

•Manage timelines, resources and budget to achieve project outcomes.

•Develop and review project schedules to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

•Ensure quality installation and timely completion of projects.

•Manage project administration, documentation, and communication with clients, team members, and key

stakeholders.

•Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Troubleshoot and devise solutions to problems that arise during the project lifecycle.

•Define project deliverables and ensure that they meet customer expectations.

•Provide project status reports to senior management on a regular basis.

•Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.

•Contributing to the tender bid process and taking the lead for all electrical elements.

•Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, obtaining a suitable number of competitive, accurate

quotations for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates.

•To work collaboratively as a key member of the team

Key skills and experience required

•Experience in electrical engineering with relevant qualifications

•Strong project management skills, including the abiity to manage project timelines, budget, resources

and risks.

•Knowledge of solar PV and renewable technologies.

•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and

•In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
