Electrical Project Manager required. Our client is a dynamic, driven Mechanical and Electrical contractor known for delivering building services solutions to the Commercial, Residential, and Refurbishment sectors. They are now looking for an Electrical Project Manager due to the growth of the business. This is a 100% office or site-based role; no working from home.

Successful candidates will drive the team through projects according to programme, budget, and quality standards. The Project Manager is expected to maintain the company's standards of work in all duties, especially managing client expectations to create a positive perception. Electrical Project Manager Position Overview

1. Taking the project from the estimating team via a project handover.
2. Checking the scope against the Tender Offer Letter and review red pen drawings.
3. Reviewing and ensuring all items have been accounted for by the Estimating Team.
4. Managing electronic and paper documents in the company format and filing structure.
5. Keeping project tracking documentation up to date and issuing along with the Project Report.
6. Ensuring all test packs are correctly compiled and issued to the Client Teams.
7. Preparing Site Audit Reports for subcontractor snags.
8. Providing timely responses to emails; managing client and senior expectations.
9. Optimizing procurement of all packages in line with company policy.
10. Issuing technical submittals for all equipment and packages.
11. Issuing construction and commissioning programmes.
12. Managing overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
13. Ensuring quality control of all processes, including installations and documentation.
14. Procurement of subcontractors and materials, and managing project costs for variations.
15. Attending all project meetings.
16. Overseeing commissioning and handover of the project to meet client expectations and snag-free completion.
17. Completing PC checklists and obtaining sign-off from clients and consultants.
18. Ensuring site managers fulfill their duties, including all H&S items.
19. Managing day-to-day activities of site managers, apprentices, and others.
20. Providing guidance and sharing good work practices and technical knowledge with project team members.

Electrical Project Manager Position Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Qualifications: 18th Edition, 2391, SMSTS, IOSH.
3. Valid CSCS card.

Electrical Project Manager Position Remuneration

1. Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
2. Holiday package: 23 days + 8 bank holidays.
3. Additional benefits: Paid travel, private healthcare, phone allowance, pension.
