Our client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for a large-scale project based in Cornwall, South Wales & West Region

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

The Opportunity:

Overall responsibility for the management and success of the project, including customer relations, health and safety, quality, environmental considerations, programme management, and the cost/value of operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Manage all Engineering Services activities in line with the company IPCD and Project Process Document.
2. Manage project resources daily and report staff issues as appropriate.
3. Handle project commercial issues and cost reporting (WIP).
4. Identify client requirements and ensure delivery to their satisfaction.
5. Represent the company on internal and external issues.
6. Prepare detailed plans and procedures for project administration and ensure team adherence.
7. Manage project reporting upstream and downstream in a timely manner.
8. Conduct regular project audits for compliance.
9. Maintain regular communication with the project team on project-specific matters and company initiatives.
10. Ensure positive project cash flow throughout the project duration.
11. Manage procurement to achieve best value for Engineering Services.
12. Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
13. Issue Health & Safety reports, Monthly Project Review, and Project Manager reports.

What We Will Need From You:

• Experience managing a project team to complete within budget and schedule.
• Ability to interpret specifications.
• Experience managing procurement, labor, and subcontractors.
• Stakeholder engagement and management experience.
• Experience controlling contract costs and variations.
• Experience coordinating M&E Services installations.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements, including method statements and risk assessments.
• Experience managing contract values of £2m and above.
• BTEC HNC or ONC in Building Services.
• CSCS card (mandatory).
• SMSTS (desirable).
• IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).

*Must have 10+ years of experience working on Commercial HVAC Mechanical installations within large-scale and secure environments.*

**Ability to obtain security clearance is essential.**
