What is the role?

We are looking for an experienced electrical project manager to join our team. This is an important management role responsible for executing the delivery of electrical packages, overseeing the handover, and closing out the safety file for final handover. Crown House Technologies is proud to have been appointed for the M&E fit-out of the Operations Service Centre at Hinkley Point C. The Operations Service Centre will become an impressive nine-storey building housing support functions such as offices, a medical centre, data centre, warehouse, workshops, labs, a canteen, and more. The building will also accommodate around 350 workers once operational and will provide access control to the Nuclear and Conventional Islands.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• First degree in Engineering Discipline (Electrical), other construction or design-related degree, or an industry-recognized technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4) plus demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment.
• Ability to manage a regulated large-scale project.
• Nuclear/regulatory environment experience is an advantage.
• Previous project delivery experience of large, highly regulated projects (MEP value of £15m – 100m+).
• Ability to select and manage innovative methods, materials, and safe systems of work.
• Practical application of engineering principles and calculations.
• Establish and oversee the implementation of engineering systems, documentation, and controls to comply with H&S legislation and company standards.
