Job summary

DT Source Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical packages on a major data centre project in Docklands, with responsibility for delivery through to completion.

The role requires strong background in electrical installation, commissioning, and programme management, plus SMSTS and CSCS qualifications. Based in Croydon, the position offers permanent PAYE employment within a high-profile data centre environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in data centres.
• Experience delivering major electrical packages.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager with overall electrical project delivery.
• Manage and drive electrical packages through to completion.
• Manage electrical programme, sequencing and progress.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor labour, productivity and programme performance.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs and installation issues.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality.
• Attend and lead electrical progress and coordination meetings.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Produce progress updates and short-term look-ahead programmes.
