Job summary

PwE Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Electrical) to lead and deliver electrical engineering projects within a major nuclear programme. You will drive safety, quality and cost performance while coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with client stakeholders.

In a highly regulated setting, you will shape project execution strategies, monitor progress and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Degree required in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience delivering projects in electrical, controls & instrumentation, or high voltage engineering.
Experience in highly regulated environments and complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering project activities to safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.
Support development and implementation of project execution strategies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for effective project delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with client teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project performance and support delivery objectives.
Ensure compliance with nuclear industry standards, policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Contribute to project planning, risk management and decision-making.
Support supplier engagement throughout project delivery.
Promote a strong safety culture in all activities.
