Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Selby to recruit an Electrical Project Engineer.

Reporting to the Automation and Controls Manager, the Electrical Project Engineer will be actively involved in the entire electrical lifecycle of onsite project requirements, from inception, design, installation, testing, to completion.

Key Duties:

• Manage plant electrical small modifications and projects
• Read, interpret, and comment on P&ID diagrams for new plant/modifications
• Design/modify electrical schematics according to provided P&ID
• Generate bills of material and technical specifications for procurement
• Define project scope to contractors for quotes on installation/modifications
• Update electrical drawings to 'As Installed' standards
• Handover plant/modifications to production and ensure document control
• Identify solutions to improve equipment/process safety, efficiency, and reliability
• Support the full project lifecycle, including design, delivery, training, and handover

Candidate Requirements:

• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience managing multiple projects across production/manufacturing sites
