You will lead capital investment projects from concept to handover, drive safety and compliance, collaborate with Safety, Quality, Engineering and Production, and develop site improvements in a highly automated environment.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or recognised apprenticeship in electrical discipline.
• Experience managing CapEx projects, including budgeting and procurement.

Responsabilidades

Electrical Project Engineer

Join a manufacturingsite, renowned for producing a range of popular beverage products, as an Electrical Project Engineer. This role is crucial as we continue to invest in our factory, technology, and people. You will be instrumental in delivering the next generation of site improvements and capital investment projects within our highly automated manufacturing environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Project Delivery: Manage capital investment projects from concept through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Engineering & Technical Excellence: Deliver engineering solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and efficiency across various initiatives such as upgrading site water infrastructure, delivering energy-saving boiler improvements, and increasing manufacturing capacity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Production to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant legislation, standards, and site requirements, supporting a Zero accident goal through effective safety management.
• Start-Up & Operational Readiness: Facilitate training, prepare comprehensive documentation, and ensure smooth project handover to operational teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualifications & Technical Knowledge: Engineering degree or recognised apprenticeship in a relevant electrical engineering discipline.
• Project & Financial Management: Proven experience managing CapEx projects, including budgeting and procurement.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Familiarity with CDM, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR, and effective contractor management.
• Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Strong ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships.
