Job description

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical on a major project in the Bicester area.

The role will be joining our MEP and Construction team at HMP Bullingdon, where we are delivering a major custodial upgrade and new build project.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Engineer at Kier Mechanical & Electrical, you will be involved in:

1. Liaison between utility companies, consultants, and the construction team to ensure the timely delivery and installation of all required incoming services.
2. Operation of the M&E risk register, updating it regularly.
3. Effective management of electrical supervision.
4. Reporting on progress to the Operational Leads.

What are we looking for?

Do you have any of the following:

• Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer within Construction or Consultancy.
• A strong understanding of Electrical design and implementation.
• Ambition to work as part of a team in a Tier 1 environment.
• NEC Contract experience (preferred but not essential).
