About the Role:

Glanua Ltd seeks an Electrical Engineer to work on projects in Ireland within the water and wastewater sector.

Duties will include:

• Producing electrical detailed design submissions.
• Collaborating with design teams on drawings and documentation.
• Liaising between Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Designers.
• Preparing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Permits, and Safety Documentation.
• Developing scope documents and tender packages.
• Reviewing subcontract tenders and contracts.
• Creating Electrical Design Deliverables like Single Line Diagrams, Cable Schedules, and P&ID’s.
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for purchase orders and agreements.
• Managing site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design and schedule.
• Conducting quality checks and preparing commissioning documentation.
• Supervising the commissioning process and project close-out, including handover to the end user.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in Water & Wastewater sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Full clean driving license.
