Job summary

Matchtech is recruiting on behalf of a client for an Electrical Project/Design Engineer in the Water sector, based in Kent with occasional travel to London. The role spans from tender to handover, including works on digester refurbishments and electrical design tasks.

You will prepare equipment submissions, liaise with suppliers, review design deliverables, assist in P&ID and GA drawings, and support senior design staff and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Ideally degree/HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering.
• ATEX / CompEx - training/experience.
• Experience within the water/wastewater industry.
• Electrical design experience.
• Experience with digesters.
• High attention to detail.
• Safety aware.
• Commercially aware.
• MS Office skills.

My Client is recruiting for an Electrical Project/Design Engineer in the Water Sector

Location: Ideally based in the Kent area with occasional travel to Office in London

Experience within the water/wastewater or similar process related industry and, ideally degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.

The Electrical Engineer will play a key part in the team and will be involved in projects within the water/wastewater industry from tender to project handover. Working on projects including Digester refurbishments.
