Job summary

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick (BBK) is seeking a Head of Electrical Programme Delivery to lead the end-to-end Electrical discipline on Sizewell C MEH Alliance. The role covers engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation within a major nuclear project.

Reporting to the Deputy Alliance Director, you will shape strategy, drive performance, manage senior teams and ensure safety, cost and schedule targets across complex interfaces.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large, complex programmes.
• Experience in highly regulated safety-critical sectors.
• Expertise in EPCC delivery models and major infrastructure.
• Experience leading large teams of senior professionals.
• Strong financial, risk and change management capability.
• Ability to operate at executive level and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Electrical programme across engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Senior Project Managers.
• Define delivery strategies, governance and execution plans.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule and cost performance.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, commercial, controls, quality and supply chain.
• Manage supplier relationships and senior stakeholder escalation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Resolve interfaces and delivery challenges across complex workstreams.
• Lead governance reviews and report performance to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Sizewell C, alliance partners and external organisations.
