Job summary

Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager / Plant Manager for a major manufacturing site in the Deeside / Chester area. You will lead a 40-strong electrical team, drive reliability and continuous improvement across maintenance and operations.

The role offers a base salary of £60-63k with overtime, plus a bonus scheme, 10% employer pension contribution and private medical cover.

Qualifications

Strong electrical engineering background in manufacturing or process industries.
Experience leading maintenance or reliability teams.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and reliability engineering.
Experience managing budgets and maintenance expenditure.
Proven leadership and ability to develop managers.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a 40-strong electrical team with clear priorities.
Direct electrical maintenance and reliability to maximise equipment availability.
Drive continuous improvement in plant efficiency, quality and cost.
Lead health and safety performance and ensure site standards.
Identify and implement electrical improvements to reduce downtime.
Support capital projects and plant upgrades.
Manage and control expenditure within annual maintenance budget.
