Job summary

NG Bailey is recruiting an Electrical Planner for the Hinkley Point C project based in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed electrical construction schedules, updating four-week lookaheads, and aligning with 16-week milestones.

You will ensure evidence-based progress and enable accurate contract baselines, working predominantly from site with uplifts for working away where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planning role on large MEP projects, preferably regulated environments, ideally nuclear sites.
• Dedicated site experience in a planning role.
• BPSS clearance to attend site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical construction schedules.
• Prepare and update electrical four-week lookahead plans.
• Align schedules with the overall 16-week lookahead and programme milestones.
• Establish activity-level progress and quantity measurement requirements.
• Integrate engineering, materials, access, resources, quality and commissioning requirements.
• Confirm activities entering the four-week window are sufficiently mature and ready for construction.
• Demonstrate health and safety leadership across activities.
• Produce contract baseline programme with project leads and customers.
• Provide accurate schedule progress updates and trackers.
