Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL partners with a leading manufacturing company to recruit Electrical Fitters for a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract in Sutton-In-Ashfield (NG17). The role offers £15.79–£17.44 per hour, with a 37.5-hour week and overtime at time-and-a-third.

Responsibilities include assembling electrical control panels, wiring, mechanical assembly of devices and copper busbar systems, plus adhering to health and safety regulations. Two years’ electrical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 2 diploma minimum in an electrical discipline.
• Level 3 diploma in electrical discipline and/or Level 3 Apprenticeship preferred.
• 2+ years experience in electrical fitting roles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels accurately per standards.
• Electrical panel wiring.
• Assemble, copperwork, wiring, testing, stripping and plating.
