Job description

To assemble and wire electrical control panels in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and company standards, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and wire control panels from technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Identify and report any issues that may affect production, quality, or project timelines.
  • Ensure components, wiring, and panel layouts are installed correctly and in line with specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and engineering teams throughout the build process.
  • Complete quality checks before panels are submitted for testing and inspection.
  • Rectify faults or modifications identified during testing.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate manufacturing records and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in electrical panel assembly, wiring, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
