Job summary

V7 Recruitment seeks an Electrical Package Manager for a multi‑billion pound data centre campus project based in Finland. The role offers a superior package with €80k–€100k base salary, a company car with fuel, accommodation, flights paid for, 24 days holiday, a strong pension and healthcare.

We welcome candidates with mission critical experience in data centres, pharmaceutical, battery storage facilities, nuclear or MEP sectors who can relocate to Finland.

Qualifications

• Experience on mission critical megaprojects such as data centres or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Ability to relocate to Finland and manage large electrical packages.
• Strong coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical package management on mega data centre projects.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and installation activities for electrical packages.
• Manage interfaces with other disciplines and ensure schedule adherence.
• Provide leadership and risk mitigation for electrical execution.

Fancy being a Electrical Package Manager on a multi billion pound project that is seeing a campus of data centres being built in Finland? One of the worlds leading projects of this current time in this space?

On that basis, we are looking for a Electrical Package Manager on a permanent basis to use your expertise on these mega projects as the projects continue on. So a real chance to get some of the most interesting project experience with other high profile projects to get your teeth in to once these are done (in about 6 years)…

We’re actually open to the background here, but something “mission critical” so the likes of data centre (obviously), pharmaceutical, battery storage facilities, nuclear or MEP etc.

Finland location: The elephant in the room is these roles are based in Finland so you would have to relocate out there. But lets be honest, it’s better out there than the UK these days! So that’s an easy sell…

We’re more bothered about getting the right “person” in who can add value from day one and use your expertise on this hyperscale data centre project.
