Job summary

L.J.B & Co. Construction Recruitment seeks an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of electrical building services on major UK data centre projects, based in Blyth.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical package management within construction, a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, and strong organisational and communication skills. Salary £80k-£90k plus accommodation, rotation and a £160 net weekly living allowance.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering is required.
• 5+ years' experience in electrical package management within construction.
• Strong electrical building services installation experience.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installation activities across the assigned package.
• Coordinate containment, cabling, power systems and associated electrical services.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate installation sequencing with the wider project team.
• Manage four-week look-ahead programmes and project milestones.
• Review method statements, risk assessments and technical documentation.
• Manage RFIs, technical submittals and quality documentation.
• Support variations, valuations and final accounts.
• Maintain O&M, testing, commissioning and BCAR documentation.
• Monitor as-built information and ensure accurate project records.
• Support testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.

A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to manage the delivery and coordination of electrical building services packages on major UK data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installation activities across the assigned package
• Coordinate containment, cabling, power systems and associated electrical services
• Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate installation sequencing with the wider project team
• Manage four-week look-ahead programmes and project milestones
• Review method statements, risk assessments and technical documentation
