With responsibility for managing a team of electricians, an Electrical Supervisor, and an Electrical Quality Inspector, you'll drive improvements, oversee a £3.5 million budget, and deliver robust compliance programmes that align with our strategic goals.

As a pivotal member of the Property Services team, you will act as the Duty Holder and Qualified Supervisor for Paradigm’s NICEIC Approved Contractor status, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards.

This role is an opportunity to shape and enhance electrical services across our 17,000 properties while championing customer satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and continuous improvement for electrical works and compliance services.

Compliance Oversight: Act as the NICEIC Duty Holder & QS, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of electricians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Oversee the £3.5 million electrical works budget, ensuring financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Programme Delivery: Manage the electrical compliance testing programme, forward planning, and all associated remedial and investment works.

Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, addressing complaints and queries promptly and effectively.

Health and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with CDM, ACOP, and health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in managing electrical works and compliance programmes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, ensuring adherence to electrical regulations, and delivering excellent customer-focused services.

You should have strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Experience as a NICEIC Approved Contractor Q/S and Duty Holder is essential, alongside excellent communication abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

A proactive and adaptable approach is key, as is the ability to critique and improve processes for the benefit of the business. Proficiency in IT and a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations are also required.
