Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Technical Services team in Central London. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, education and government contracts.

Working four days on, four days off, you’ll manage site compliance, complete service sheets and support contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
• Safe work practices and documentation for site safety procedures.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Basic First Aid knowledge.
• IT literate with basic Excel & Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric systems.
• Ensure all reactive works orders and PPMs are completed within SLAs & KPIs.
• Contribute to contract efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
• Complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks.
• Undertake contractor control duties including monitoring workmanship.
• Support the site supervisor with delivery of contracted services within budget and quality standards.
• Provide a callout response as detailed on the rota.
