Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Technician to join their on-site team. You will service, maintain and repair gas, HVAC and related systems across customer premises, ensuring compliance with Gas Safe Regulations and industry standards.

The role also involves reporting and liaison with management and clients. The position requires valid Gas Safe qualifications, a driving licence, and willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rota while providing

Qualifications

Right to work in the UK
Gas Safe qualifications (Domestic/Commercial) and LPG knowledge
17th edition Electrical and related compliance
Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, AC and Gas systems
Ability to analyse and resolve engineering problems on Gas installations
Strong health & safety awareness and reporting skills
Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rota
Clear communication and training capability for apprentices and trainees
Valid driving licence
Customer-focused, honest and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

Attend customer sites and carry out remedial works; ensure compliance with policy and Gas Safe Regulations
Sole responsibility for Mechanical, Electrical, AC and Gas servicing, maintenance and repair of installations
Produce technical reports and certification; liaise with management and the client
