Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant in line with statutory requirements.
• Oversee and inspect work by outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning).
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives; maintain maintenance records.
