Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Technician (Electrical/Mechanical) in Lancaster for a workshop-based role. You'll assemble and install hardware to steel fabrications, wiring and terminating single- and three-phase systems, connecting pumps, motors, control panels, and lighting circuits.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical or electrical maintenance/workshop.
• Experience wiring and terminating single- and three-phase systems.
• Ability to work with pumps, motors, control panels and lighting circuits.
• Willingness to undergo specialist training and progression.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hardware to steel fabrications; wiring and terminating single- and three-phase systems.
• Connect pumps, motors, control panels and lighting circuits.
• Carry out pressure tests, electrical continuity checks, fault finding and final inspections.
• Work in a workshop-based role, Monday to Friday.
