Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Liaise with site contacts and management; escort subcontractors on-site.
