Job Description

As an Electrical Manager, you will oversee Mobile Wireless projects for all main UK based MNOs on behalf of ULC. Day to day duties include design reviews, materials check and orders, and providing on-the-day assistance to Electrical field-based teams.

Specifically:

• Manage the successful electrical side of a site build
• Monitor technical queries and issues raised by engineers and office support team
• Handle escalations brought to your attention
• Evaluate engineer performance on sites specific to your project team
• Provide assistance and expertise within the project team
• Work closely with the project team to ensure on-time site completion according to client SLA’s
• Maintain real-time progress updates and daily/weekly client reporting for all works on internal and external databases
• Ensure accurate reports are provided to relevant stakeholders
• Oversee the issuance of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans
• Sign off and upload prepared handover packs (HOPs) within SLA
• Manage electrical teams, including handling absences and timekeeping
• Ensure procedures and requirements from the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are followed
• Collaborate with the Commercial team regarding impacts on site final accounts
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff and operatives
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Full electrical C&G qualification including inspection and testing

Evidence of people management experience

Site-based mobile network experience preferred but not essential
