Job summary

The Manchester College, part of the LTE Group, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities team at Openshaw Campus. The role involves delivering high-quality electrical maintenance across several sites, supporting safe operations, and requiring travel between LTE Group sites during working hours.

The successful candidate will have post-qualification experience, be able to work independently, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of fault finding, problem solving and prioritising works.
• Ability to multitask and work to Planned Maintenance Programmes.
• Willing to train in additional maintenance areas.
• Previous teaching or commercial building experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality electrical maintenance to support safe and efficient operations across the LTE Group estate.
• Work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Travel between sites during working hours with a full UK driving licence.
