Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for our client in Avonmouth, Bristol. This hands-on role covers planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning across industrial plant and LV/HV systems.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 electrical qualification (18th Edition/2391 desirable) and bring strong fault-finding skills, with a commitment to safety. The salary ranges to £45,000–£50,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across industrial plant.

• Electrical isolation and safe working procedures.

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for a hands-on role within a growing industrial environment?

Our client is looking for an experienced technician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical fault finding and commissioning across industrial plant and equipment. This is a hands-on role involving LV and HV electrical systems, fault finding, planned maintenance and supporting the development of reliable maintenance standards from the outset.

The Role

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Maintenance of motors, panels, switchgear and distribution systems
• LV/HV electrical work
• Supporting installation and commissioning
• Reading electrical drawings and schematics
• Electrical isolation and safe working procedures
• Supporting reliability and continuous improvement

The Candidate

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent
• 18th Edition and 2391 desirable/required
• Strong fault-finding skills
• LV/HV experience
• Experience with motors, control panels and electrical systems
• PLC/VSD experience advantageous
