Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an electrically skilled maintenance technician to carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections and reactive repairs across the Trust estate.

You will fault-find, test and install on a wide range of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with HTMs, Health and Safety regulations and Trust policies. The role requires accurate record-keeping and collaboration with Estates teams to maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to fault-find and diagnose electrical faults.
• Ability to perform inspections and testing to verify compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide planned preventive maintenance on electrical systems across the Trust estate.
• Carry out reactive repairs and fault finding on electrical plant and equipment.
• Complete maintenance records and compliance documentation accurately.
• Liaise with Estates colleagues and service users to ensure minimal disruption.
