Job summary

Landmarc is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to keep Defence training facilities safe and fully operational across CPTA sites. This is a hands-on role requiring high standards, reliability and a proactive approach.

Salary £37,115.94 – £41,569.85; Location Hythe Ranges, Reachfields, Hythe, Kent. Permanent contract, Mon–Thu 08:00–16:00, Fri 08:00–15:30; Travel across CPTA sites; company van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 3 electrical apprenticeship.
• BS7671 18th Edition.
• BS2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in line with IET Wiring Regulations.
• Ensuring all work meets IET Wiring Regulations and safe systems of work.
• Managing a mix of planned, reactive, statutory, and mandatory tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safe systems of work.
• Using IT systems and manual records to complete accurate documentation.
• Working closely with colleagues and site contacts to deliver a seamless service.
• Being part of an on‑call rota 1 in 4 weeks (overtime/TOIL applicable).
