Job summary

KFM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for an East Hull site. The role involves electrical repairs, maintenance, and general building upkeep to ensure safety and compliance.

You will be part of the facilities team, performing insulation work, inspections, and support duties as required. The ideal candidate will have relevant electrical qualifications, 18th Edition, and a proactive, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities management, building services or engineering maintenance.
• Recognised electrical qualification – NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671); Electrical Inspection & Testing qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Complete electrical isolations safely and in line with site procedures.
• Undertake electrical inspections and maintenance checks.
• Support the Facilities Management team with general handyperson duties.
• Identify and report faults and maintenance issues.
• Ensure all work meets relevant standards and regulations.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

You will be part of the onsite Facilities Management team, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs and general building maintenance to keep the site safe, compliant and operational.
