Job summary
KFM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a well-established, family-run business based in East Hull. You will be part of the onsite Facilities Management team, carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs and general building maintenance to keep the site safe, compliant and operational.
The successful candidate will ideally have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, 18th Edition BS 7671, and a background in facilities management or building
Qualifications
- Relevant electrical qualifications and robust experience in facilities management or building services.
- Knowledge of electrical inspections and maintenance checks.
- Strong health and safety awareness and ability to work to procedures.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general electrical repairs and maintenance
- Complete electrical isolations safely and in line with site procedures
- Undertake electrical inspections and maintenance checks
- Support the Facilities Management team with general handyperson duties
- Identify and report faults and maintenance issues
- Ensure all work meets relevant standards and regulations
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
