Electrical Maintenance Technician

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights - 12-hour shift patterns (6am - 6pm)

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will work with the Engineering Team within Meal Solutions Cavaghan & Grey division, carrying out daily electrical maintenance activities in line with Health & Safety instructions and site policies. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Performing daily electrical maintenance on machinery and production equipment
• Ensuring work complies with Health and Safety Regulations using Safe Systems of Work
• Working within a fast-paced environment covering all electrical engineering maintenance activities

About You:

You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 qualification. Recent apprenticeship graduates are encouraged to apply. We welcome engineers from all industries seeking a new challenge.

• Apprentice-trained Electrical Technician, ideally with Food or FMCG manufacturing experience
• Experience in planned/reactive maintenance roles
• Proactive with root cause analysis skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Team player eager to learn and share knowledge
