Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical in Duns, Scottish Borders. You will lead a skilled electrical maintenance team at a large manufacturing site, own electrical maintenance strategy and drive reliability improvements across the plant.

The role offers £55,000–£60,000 plus annual bonus, overtime, an 8% pension, 36 days of holiday and extensive company benefits, with relocation sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Electrically biased maintenance background.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Manufacturing or process industry experience.
• HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of electrical engineers.
• Oversee planned maintenance, breakdowns and improvement work.
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
• Excellent benefits, relocation sponsorship available.
