Job summary

Calibre Search is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for a leading FM provider on a static distribution centre site in Castle Donington, Derby. You will lead a small team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, and manage day-to-day operations to KPIs.

The role requires City & Guilds Part 1/2 in Electrical Installation (or NVQ Level 2/3) and 17th or 18th Edition.

Qualifications

• Must hold City & Guilds Part 1/2 in Electrical Installation or NVQ Level 2/3 and 17th/18th Edition.
• Experience in supervising maintenance teams and coordinating small technical crews.
• Strong communication and KPI-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technicians on PPM schedules and reactive maintenance.
• Manage minor maintenance and repairs to agreed timescales.
• Maintain equipment and tools; keep Mercury system live with job updates.
• Work across the cluster as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain quality standards.

Salary: GBP49000 - GBP51000 per annum + paid trav, OT, 33 days holiday

We're recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for a leading FM provider on a static distribution centre site in Castle Donington, Derby. You'll get a great package (incl private health and stable hours). The role is hands-on: you'll lead a small team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems, and manage day-to-day operations to agreed KPIs.

You'll need City & Guilds Part 1&2 in Electrical Installation (or NVQ level 2/3) and 17th or 18th Edition. Multi-skilled background preferred.
