Job summary

FINTEC recruit Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Operative to support a growing UK property portfolio across South Wales and the Midlands. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining facilities across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates are qualified electricians with an apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, IPAF and a full UK driving licence, confident working independently across locations.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations certification.
• IPAF licence and a full UK driving licence.
• Confident working independently across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical maintenance, inspections and repairs across multiple sites.
• Diagnose faults and deliver safe, effective fixes.
• Follow health and safety, Permit to Work and incident reporting procedures.
• Log completed work accurately using internal systems.

Salary: £30,000–£45,000

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
