Job summary

Fintec Recruit Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Operative to support a growing property portfolio across South Wales and the Midlands. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, keeping sites safe and compliant.

Youll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a £30,000–£45,000 salary, plus benefits such as a fuel allowance and holiday entitlement. The role involves independent site work and strict adherence to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with completed apprenticeship.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition certification.
• IPAF licence and full UK driving licence.
• Confident working independently across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical maintenance, inspections and repairs across multiple sites.
• Diagnose faults and deliver safe, effective fixes.
• Follow health and safety, Permit to Work and incident reporting procedures.
• Log completed work accurately using internal systems.
