The role involves managing a medium-sized maintenance site with a two-person shift team of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers, totaling around 10 engineers, with a strong focus on delivering the PPM regime and maintaining contractual service levels.

• Deliver the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) regime in line with contractual requirements.
• Drive efficiency within the maintenance division and optimise resource allocation.
• Take responsibility for small works projects as part of the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Director to ensure seamless operations.

Job description

Electrical Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager or a Lead Engineer up and coming Electrical Maintenance Manager with a strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical commercial building services maintenance.

• Immediate start either direct with the service provider or on a temp to perm basis through the agency.
• Responsible in running a medium sized maintenance site with a two-person shift team of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers totalling 10 engineers.
• Main priority is the delivery of the PPM regime in accordance to contractual requirements.
• A maintenance portfolio of about £1.25 million plus additional works,
• The client is a very large International Critical Data Centre
• The contract has already been mobilised and the team is well-established.
• You will be working with the Account Director so it will be a close management unit.

Your role is to develop the relationship with the Engineering Team and drive up the efficiency of the maintenance division, bring all of these elements together to ensure the best allocation of resources, you will also take responsibility for the some of the small works projects.
