Job summary
Mitie Group plc. is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance role at Hull CDC. You will deliver safe, compliant electrical maintenance and act as the site electrical lead, supporting patient-critical services in a live healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include planned and reactive works, safety documentation, and coordination with contractors and clinical teams to minimise disruption while maintaining service continuity.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) compliance.
- Experience in commercial, healthcare, or critical environments.
- Proven multi-skilled maintenance capability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across Hull CDC.
- Act as site electrical lead and coordinate with contractors.
- Undertake fault-finding, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of electrical systems.
- Support LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and switchgear operations.
- Maintain records, RAMS, and permits-to-work; ensure safety and compliance.
