Job summary

Catch 22 is seeking two Electrical Maintenance Engineers to service offices in the City and West End of London. One role is foot mobile and the other static/site based.

You will perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and testing, with a strong focus on client interaction and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition, with 5+ years’ experience in commercial properties and a valid manual driving licence.

Qualifications

• Hold relevant electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 and minimum 18th Edition.
• Testing & Inspection - 2391 ideal, not a must.
• Experience working on commercial properties.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical services.
• Clean Full Driving License - Manual only

Responsibilities

• Prioritise electrical maintenance PPMs and repair work to achieve timescales.
• Carry out testing such as PAT, fixed wiring tests, and annual inspections.
• Respond to Helpdesk service calls and assess repair requirements.
• Carry out small fabric works and first fix calls, including plumbing and drainage (basic).
• Identify equipment that needs fixing or replacing in buildings.
• Complete electrical installation projects and refurbishments as required.
• Follow Health and Safety policies, complete site logs and daily diary.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain customer relationships.

Electrical Maintenance Engineers (static or foot mobile) London, c£45k plus travel expenses and bens

Our client is a rapidly growing Facilities Management company that is seeking 2 Electrical Maintenance Engineers to carry out electrical repairs and maintenance at offices in the City and West End of London. One is 'foot mobile' and the other is static/ site based

The ideal candidate will have enjoyedworking within a client facing environment and will have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a proven record of electrical maintenance and installation.

Role Responsibilities

• Prioritise electrical maintenance PPMs and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.


• Carry out a range of electrical services which could include periodic fixed electrical Testing, Portable Appliance Testing, Annual Electrical Inspections and emergency lighting testing.


• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from theHelpdeskand to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.


• Carry out small fabric works and first fix calls, including Plumbing and drainage calls. - basic experience.


• Identify electrical equipment/appliances in the building which need fixing/replacing e.g., white goods, emergency, internal and external lighting, general fabric.


• Complete electrical installation projects and refurbishments


• Comply with the company Health and Safety Policy at all times, carrying out risk assessments and complete a daily site logbook and diary,


• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship withthe customers.

Ideal Candidate

Role Package

• Permanent, 40 hours Contract


• A competitive salary of £43-45k with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate


• 40 hours - Mon - Fri, between 8am-5pm (Must have some flexibility in emergencies)


• Travel expenses (for the mobile role only)


• Weekend hours available on voluntary basis, paid as overtime.
