Job summary

Chessington World of Adventures Resort, operated by Merlin Entertainments, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to service complex electro-mechanical systems across rides and attractions. You’ll fault-find, diagnose and perform planned maintenance, ensuring safety and high ride availability throughout the season.

Qualifications

• ONC/NVQ Level 3 or BTEC equivalent gained through an engineering apprenticeship or college route.
• Post-apprenticeship / post-qualification engineering experience in maintenance environments.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and applying safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety-critical inspections and planned preventative maintenance across rides and attraction systems.
• Diagnose faults, perform reactive maintenance and record activities in CMMS.
• Support audits, spare parts ordering and maintain ride availability.
